1. Acceptance of Advertiser Terms

These Advertiser Terms of Service ("Advertiser Terms") govern your participation as an advertiser on the Linkfro platform. By creating an advertiser account or placing orders for link placements, you agree to be bound by these Advertiser Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

If you disagree with any part of these Advertiser Terms, you may not participate as an advertiser on the Platform.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

To qualify as an advertiser on Linkfro, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a legally recognized business entity or individual authorized to engage in commercial activities
• You must provide accurate business information during registration
• You must have the authority to contractually bind your organization
• Your business must not operate in prohibited industries as defined by our policies
• You must have sufficient funds to pay for requested services

3. Campaign Specifications

When placing orders for link placements, advertisers agree to provide accurate and detailed specifications including:

• Target URL for the link placement
• Desired anchor text for the link
• Preferred placement location on the page (if applicable)
• Required link attributes (dofollow/nofollow)
• Timeline for placement and removal (if temporary)
• Any specific content requirements or restrictions
• Acceptable publisher metrics and quality standards

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for advertisers are as follows:

• All payments must be made in advance of service delivery
• We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers
• Charges will be processed upon order confirmation
• Refunds are only available under specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy
• Advertisers are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in suspension of services

5. Prohibited Activities

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Requesting manipulative or deceptive link placements
• Attempting to bypass platform security measures
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
• Submitting content that violates laws or regulations
• Attempting to directly contact publishers outside the platform
• Submitting multiple orders for the same placement to manipulate pricing
• Requesting placements on sites with inappropriate or illegal content

6. Quality Assurance

Advertisers are expected to:

• Provide clear and reasonable specifications for link placements
• Respect the editorial independence of publishers
• Accept placements that meet agreed-upon specifications
• Provide timely feedback when reviewing proposed placements
• Abide by all applicable advertising standards and regulations
• Ensure that linked content complies with publisher guidelines

7. Account Management

Advertisers are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their accounts:

• Keep login credentials secure and confidential
• Update business information promptly when it changes
• Respond to communications from Linkfro within 48 hours
• Notify Linkfro of any changes to business operations
• Provide requested documentation for verification purposes
• Maintain compliance with all platform policies

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between advertisers and publishers, Linkfro will mediate based on the evidence provided and the terms of the specific placement agreement. Both parties agree to cooperate fully in dispute resolution.

9. Termination

Linkfro reserves the right to terminate advertiser accounts for:

• Violation of these Advertiser Terms or general Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Providing false information during registration
• Repeated payment failures
• Attempting to manipulate the platform
• Being subject to legal action related to advertising activities

Upon termination, any unused credits may be refunded at our discretion, but no refund will be provided for services already delivered.
